After receiving substantial damage from Hurricane Isabelle, the church decided to move forward with a planned sanctuary addition along with the necessary storm repairs. The project included adding a balcony, large gathering space, toilets, and brides room. The interior of the original historic sanctuary was refurbished, replacing the distinctive wood ceiling. Future phases of the master plan include more classroom space and a Family Life Center.
