Additionally, Cheryl manages the company's employee benefits and compliance with employment laws and regulations. | |

David is a graduate of Pitt Community College with a degree in Architectural Technology, is a LEED® Accredited Professional, and has been a member of the team at C.A. Lewis family since 1981, Burney Fleming began his career at C.A Lewis, Inc. as a carpenter's helper, quickly moving thru the ranks as a foreman, superintendent, and project manager. In his current role, Burney manages the civil and architectural portion of industrial construction projects. | |

His responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating the construction process for a variety of projects, with special emphasis on religious and healthcare projects. He has completed the OSHA 30 hour training program. | |

He is a licensed NC Plumbing Contractor Class-1 and Certified Medical Gas Installer. Tom is also a 30-hour OSHA cardholder and is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the construction process for a wide variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. | ![]() | Wes BanksSafety DirectorWith 45 years of construction experienece, Wes Banks is a licensed NC General Contractor, NC Plumbing and Heating Contractor, and has been an OSHA 500 Construction Outreach trainer since 2007. Wes manages the safety program of C.A. Lewis, Inc. including employee training job site inspections, and subcontractor compliance. | |
